Yet another successful trip to Knott's Scary Farm last night. This time we had quite a crew.... Laaz, Schwartz, Rizzo, Tony, Mike M., Damare', Mary, Sarah, Andrew, Christie, Dave, and Jordan... with Sarah and Mary taking the trophies for most and best screams. Even tried to sneak a few beers in the parking lot pre-show, but the security Nazis took us out with a vengeance. One minute we were all alone having a quite beer, and the next, we were surrounded by about a dozen yellow-shirted security officers (some in cars) taking down our info. and searching our car. Hard-core!!!

So, did anybody see me on ESPN Game Day this past Saturday? I was at the Big House for the Michigan v. Wisconsin game with 107,501 of my closest friends. Damn that place is big as shit!!! More to come later as I find the time during the final stretch of prep. for Vietnam 2000, but I have to say that if you ever get the chance to go to a Big-10 football game in a place like that, jump at it.Super gigantic thanks to Amanda for getting the tix. That was an awesome, hopefully not once-in-a-lifetime experience. Whoo-hoo!!!

Strange how things work out. I got a copy of David Halberstam's The Best and the Brightest for Christmas and have been reading it off-and-on ever since. Now, it looks like I will finish the book within twenty-four hours of my departure for Vietnam.Oooooooohhhhhh!!!
