We went to The Viper Room last night to see METAL SHOP aka DANGER KITTY. Pretty good show. Their act is that they are this really dumb glam 80's band and they have a scripted bicker/bitch/joking session between each song. They play covers of classic 80's glam metal tunes like We're Not Gonna Take It, Sweet chilkd o' Mine, Evry Rose Has it's Thorn, Crazy Train, Bad Medicine, The Downboys, etc.But the real story here, is that, after being here in LA for 8 years, last night I finally achieved a first. I was the last person to leave the Viper Room. Now, true, it was a Monday night, but hey man, this is the club that killed River Phoenix we're talkin' about here. Gimme props!!!

I get some kind of masochistic pleasure out of reading about how stupid kids are. Maybe it's cuz I know as I get older I won't have to worry about them taking my job.
